It's ok to not be ok. It's ok to feel overwhelmed. It's ok to need time to sort through your feelings. In those times, though, don't be too hard on yourself. No one has it all together all of the time, and feeling like you have a million thoughts going through your head doesn't mean you're lost.
You may feel overwhelmed at times, but you're human. You are not only allowed, but obligated to feel. It's the nature of humanity. If, by chance, though, you are feeling lost - just be sure to find yourself before you try finding someone or something else. You are doing yourself a great disservice if you don't take the time to get to know and love YOU before all others. You are strong. You are important. Your feelings matter. ~until next time
